Have a licensed Rain technician log in to your computer remotely to diagnose and resolve your issue. When it's time to have someone take a closer look at the problem, just make an appointment with a qualified RainCare technician through the Help Desk. We'll set up an appointment and walk you through the process of granting us access to your Rain PC.
