RainCare Remote
Have a licensed Rain technician log in to your computer remotely to diagnose and resolve your issue. When it's
time to have someone take a closer look at the problem, just make an appointment with a qualified RainCare
technician through the Help Desk. We'll set up an appointment and walk you through the process
of granting us access to your Rain PC. Once the session is over, we no longer have access to your computer assuring your
